If you have a rug in front of your kitchen sink that is a "natural" color (off white) and you *just* washed the muddy paw prints from it, chances are you will now drop spaghetti sauce on it.... less that 24 hours after washing it. Lesson learned? Don't wash rugs. They only get dirty again.
A plus? I can flip the rug over.
